Ballpark Village finalist for global excellence award
Ballpark Village is among 25 developments worldwide in the running for a global excellence award from the Urban land Institute.
The finalists for the ULI's 2017 Global Awards for Excellence include 20 projects in North America, three in Asia and two in Europe. The award recognizes projects that have demonstrated excellence in design, construction, economics, planning and management.
Cordish Cos. is the developer for Ballpark Village, and the project's designers include Design Collective and Jeffrey Beers International.
Another Cordish Cos. project in Missouri is also being considered for the award — the One Light Luxury Apartments in Kansas City.
